I Remember, I Forget (2024–2025) is an introspective photographic series by Alessandro Mucin, created during his final year in New York City. The project unfolds as an intimate dialogue between the photographer and the city he was preparing to leave. Facing his return to Europe after four years abroad, Mucin’s photography becomes a visual exploration of anticipated memory, capturing street life not as present reality, but as an echo of a time already beginning to fade.
